1 can mandarin oranges with liquid
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 cup water
In small saucepan combine all ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes while mashing mandarin oranges in to tiny pieces. Let stand 1 hour (or longer) to allow Craisens to rehydrate. Simmer and stir until thick. Serve hot or cold.

Thanks for posting this recipe. I was trying to search for it online and couldn't find it. It is so yummy. Im bringing it to my family's Thanksgiving dinner.
