Arizona Home Sweet Home

Just wanted to put a little post up and say that we are in our house.  It is a fixer upper, but we love it.  We have been in it a month and I am still unpacking boxes that we packed before our mission to New Orleans and had in storage.  It is fun to see all of our favorite books back on the shelves and see clothes that I had forgotten that I owned.

Life is great.  We are both working hard and glad to have Don's parents so close.

We love our ward and our neighbors.  We live across the street from the Bishop and next door to the Relief Society President.

I've especially enjoyed meeting up with old friends and people that I served with years ago when I lived here.

50th Birthday Mia-Maid Class Reunion

Don and I drove to Prescott, Arizona for a reunion of my Mia-Maid class (when I was a Mia-Maid). We all went to our advisor's home in Prescott for 35 years of catching up.
From left to right: Joy Cones Sears, Doris Kluge Mofford, LuCinda Curtis Bohannon, Sherree Henkel Svancara, Alona Mower Wilkinson, Michelle Metli Lake, Ina Mecham Calder, and Judy Houtman Henkel.

It was wonderful to ALL of the girls there with our awesome leader Alona Wilkinson.
